Warranty Overview
FOR 1 YEAR AFTER CLOSING:
- We warrant the quality of materials and workmanship of the original construction.
FOR 2 YEARS AFTER CLOSING:
- We warrant the workability of the mechanical systems (plumbing, electrical, heating & air conditioning).
FOR 10 YEARS AFTER CLOSING:
- We warrant the structural integrity of the home, specifically load-bearing components.
