Celina

Located about 45 minutes north of Dallas, Celina has been a Texas town since the late 1870’s. The town was populated in the early 1900’s thanks to the railroad coming through, and Celina prides itself on being the small town with a big vision for its residents. Celina is one of the fastest growing cities in Texas, tripling its population in the last decade. Celina is working hard to become a prime competitor economically, geographically, and demographically with other Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex cities. Children can get a stellar education through Celina and Prosper ISDs. You can also find plenty of green space for outdoor recreation through Celina’s parks. There are things to do for all ages, from youth sports to the Ralph O’Dell Senior Center, everyone can find a hobby or exciting new activity in Celina. Celina offers plenty to do in terms of events, such as the Celina Cajun Fest and different holiday activities held in the Square. You’re also a short drive to other popular metropolitan areas such as Plano, Frisco, and McKinney.
